PDE <3 Ctrl+o

For 3.3M4, PDE brings Christmas early to everyone by supporting ctrl+o on its manifest / plug-in editors. See the picture below for an example.

The PDE team wishes our source editor users very happy holidays 😉

Cools stuff. I really miss Quick Outline in many editors.

It would be also nice if code completion would allow to type while popup window is shown, so it would narrow the results, like in Java editor…

    Hi Eugene,
The ability to filter proposals in the content assist popup dialog by typing is supported by the plug-in and bundle manifest source pages (since 3.3 M1). Take a look and enjoy !

Eh? Open plugin.xml, go to any “class” attribute, hit Ctrl-Space for context assist in a middle of the fully qualified class name, then start typing. What I see in 3.3M3 is that content of the popup/dropdown is not filtered out like it does in Java editor.
