I'm not an official participant, because I knew I only had a few hours after work on bugday and no time to prepare in advance.
So I took the time to test if "my" old bugs are still valid.

To my surprise, 4 of the bugs were fixed in the meantime and nobody noticed, so I wrote comments with my results.

I found two new bugs while testing (one of them waits to be reported).

For a few bugs I tested and reported that they are still valid.

And I made mistake while testing :-) This inspired Steve to look again find the cause :-)

I was surprised about the effect I had in a few hours.

If you think this has some value, this is how I chose my bugs:
- select the bugs with my name (as reporter, watching or voting for)
- don't forget to select the bugs in state resolved later.
- choose all real bugs (not featere requests) that hadn't anny attention for a while.
- test them again.

You could make this way of contributing part of the next BugDay.

Gerd Castan
